Home and Living Supports

Innovative Community Participation

Innovative Community Participation Programs which are designed to support NDIS participants to build skills, bring out their talents and actively participate in the community. We aim to develop participation in community-based activities to encourage participants to build skills, confidence, and communication with other members of their community.

Household tasks

We help with household tasks to empower the participant to become capable of handling their daily chores on their own or with minimal assistance. Over time, participants are trained in varied household tasks, which give them more independence and mobility. The services are not restricted to those inside the house, but also activities such as gardening, backyard cleaning, grocery shopping, garbage disposal, and so on.

Community Nursing

Complete Care Solutions provides culturally sensitive community nursing care services delivered by highly skilled professionals. These services are aimed at meeting both clinical and personal needs, allowing individuals to lead independent and healthy lives. Care can be received at home or at the Community Clinic, with assessments conducted by registered nurses to customize care plans based on individual preferences and requirements.

Bowel Care

For those who have ongoing bowel health problems, complex bowel care is a sort of personal support. It is a specialized service offered by qualified caregivers and support staff. Our specialized training will cover the needs of disabled persons and how to deal with their bowel issues.

Continence Care

Helping someone use the restroom or making changes to the environment to prevent disability incontinence are examples of continence care tasks that attempt to maintain a person’s continence. Our staff is trained and supported in providing best practice bowel care to our residents and training the providers.

Medication Assistance

The experts at Complete Care and Solutions train and provide the skills required to assist with medication and complete medication documentation to other organizations doing similar work for people with disabilities.

Urinary catheter Care and Management

Clients that need to manage their urinary elimination needs via a catheter or external drainage device need properly trained staff. This training is designed specifically for support workers to develop the essential knowledge and skills to assist people with disabilities. Participants will practice the management of different types of catheters and external drainage devices, and discuss potential complications.

PEG Feed / Eternal Feed

Many disabled individuals are unable to meet their nutritional requirements through oral intake. Enteral feeding is the delivery of liquid nutritional support through a tube inserted into the gastrointestinal tract.PEG feed training is aimed at healthcare professionals and social care workers that are responsible for supporting individuals with an enteral tube in place.

Complex Bowel Care

People who are at risk of severe constipation or fecal incontinence need additional bowel care. We train the healthcare staff to provide personal support and complex bowel care with a complete understanding of the patient’s needs.

Assist Clients with Medications

Proper medications are essential for the disability care provider. With Complete Care and Solutions, the learners will be equipped with the essential knowledge required to safely and effectively assist clients with medications.

seizure / Epilepsy Management

Complete Care and Solutions has developed special training for service providers and their staff to manage epilepsy and seizures for their clients. It includes all the necessary information, an emergency plan, and seizure care.
