How we’re keeping our customers, their families and carers, our staff and others safe.

The safety of our customers, staff, and others who visit our services and sites is our priority. We continuously monitor the COVID-19 situation closely and make the necessary changes to our protocols to align with Government advice.

Right now, the most important things we can all do are:

• Stay up to date with your COVID-19 vaccinations
• Wash our hands properly and use hand sanitiser when needed.
• Cough or sneeze into our elbow or a tissue.
• Go to the doctor or get tested immediately if feeling unwell and isolate until you have a negative test result. Follow all other Government guidelines on testing and isolation.
• Do not visit our services or sites if you have any symptoms – even mild.
• If you are planning to visit a service, please call ahead to confirm that this is possible.
• When able, physically distance – keep 1.5 metres from others
• Wear face masks as per Government advice
• Follow all other Government restrictions and guidelines at all times.
• We also recommend asking your GP about the influenza vaccine. This may help boost your immune systems and help prevent other illnesses.
